Yes everywhere
Answer your approvals from a push notification, with one word in Claude or ChatGPT, or later, and let zonask find a meeting slot in your own calendars.

Everything zonask prepares for you waits on Approvals until you answer it, on the web, from a push notification, or in Claude and ChatGPT.
Nothing is ever approved for you: every Yes is one press or one word of yours on one named proposal.
In the web app
Push new approvals
Under Setup, in Daily summary, the Urgent channel form has Push new approvals; it is off until you turn it on and press Save urgent channel.
Each proposal that is new on your approvals desk is then pushed to the browsers where you turned push on, on working days inside your office hours, at most 5 a day and never twice for the same proposal.
Proposals you answered with Later are not pushed.
What the push carries
The push service only carries a code for your browser, the kind of proposal, its id and a signed answer token that works for you only, for 24 hours and once; no text of the proposal goes through it.
Your browser then asks zonask for the card while you are signed in and shows "zonask: approval waiting" with one line: the role and what Yes does.
If that fails, you see only the title, and a click opens Approvals.
Yes and No on the notification
Where your browser offers buttons on notifications, a proposal that a plain Yes answers shows Yes and No.
A proposal that needs more, such as a choice of calendar, an edit, names and figures to check or an invitation, shows only Open, which opens its card.
Safari shows no buttons: a click opens the card on Approvals.
After Yes or No a second notification says what happened, for example "Done: task created." or "Not done: open zonask.", and an answer is never sent twice.
Later
Later on a proposal keeps it waiting until 07:00 Zurich time of the next working day; on a Friday or a weekend that is Monday.
Until then it is not on Today, not in your daily brief and not pushed, and Approvals shows it at the bottom under Later.
Meeting slots from your own calendars
On a person's page, on each commitment and on an email that needs you on Today, Find a meeting slot looks for the first free 30 minutes or hour.
zonask reads only the free and busy times of your own calendars set to My calendar, inside your office hours, over 10 working days from today.
The other person's calendar is never read or guessed, and when a calendar cannot be read zonask says so and proposes nothing.
The slot waits on Approvals as one sentence with its weekday, date and time and the name of the person, asking whether to hold it, and with the calendar it goes into.
With no free time it says "No free 30 minutes in your office hours in the next 10 working days."
Yes holds the time in that calendar with no guests, so nobody is told, and Undo the block removes it again.
Yes and invite adds the person as the only guest and sends them an invitation; the card first names the address the invitation goes to.
It is offered only on the Approvals page and only for an address zonask already knows for that person: never from a push, never with one word and never from Claude or ChatGPT, because an invitation reaches someone else.
No discards the slot.
In Claude or ChatGPT
One word
You can answer a proposal with a single word: yes, ja or oui to approve, no, nein or non to decline, later, später or plus tard to keep it waiting.
The words are matched by zonask, not guessed by an AI, and Claude still asks you before it answers.
Any other answer gets the list of answers that fit, so you can choose.
You: What waits for me?
Claude: 2 proposals wait: create the task Send EHB offer; add a rule.
You: yes
Claude: Approve the first one? ... Done. The feed
Where Claude shows zonask's cards, list_approvals appears as a feed of up to 10 proposals, each with its line and Yes (only where a plain Yes answers it), No and Later.
A press answers exactly that proposal.
A morning routine with a scheduled task
zonask never writes into a chat by itself; to see your approvals every morning, set a scheduled task in your AI app that asks zonask what waits for your approval each working day.
In Claude, a scheduled task runs your prompt on its schedule with your connectors, zonask included, also while your computer is asleep; create one in Claude Cowork by describing the task and how often it runs.
In ChatGPT, open Scheduled in the sidebar to create a task and set its schedule; scheduled tasks are for Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise plans.
Meeting slots
The tool propose_meeting_slot finds a slot for a person or a commitment after your yes and puts it on Approvals; you answer it with yes, no or later, and an invitation is sent only from the web page.
