Triage: what reaches you

How zonask sorts each email per role, and how you change what reaches you.

In the web app

For each kind of email, every role says whether it becomes a task, an update, part of the digest or nothing for you.

On a role's What reaches you page, each kind of email has Now, In the summary or Never.

The roles table on the Roles page switches each cell between Task, Update, Digest and Off.

A change saves at once and applies to new emails only.

Under VIP senders and Quiet senders you add addresses or domains for a role.

Email from a quiet sender is handled without you; email from a VIP sender that passes the sender checks needs you now.

When zonask is unsure, the email goes under Needs you with a reason that says so.

zonask never fetches the text of emails set to off or digest, and processes email text in memory without storing it.

In Claude or ChatGPT

show_role shows what reaches you from one role, and save_role changes it after your confirm, shown as the role card where the host supports it.
