What the content creator does

The content creator is an agent for one of your roles: it drafts a blog article, a newsletter section or a case study from the tasks, approved proposals and notes you select, and the draft waits on your approvals desk.

Like every agent it only prepares: a draft is never published, posted or sent, and zonask has no connection to a website or a newsletter tool.

Your voice guide lives in your second brain

In the assistant, write Make a voice guide for and the name of one of your roles, then paste 3 to 5 texts you wrote for it and press Make voice guide.

zonask asks the AI once for the guide: tone, sentence length, words to use and to avoid, language and Swiss conventions, without em dashes. The samples are not kept: they are used for this one request and then dropped.

You can change the guide before you save it. Save to second brain files exactly the text you see in your second brain's inbox under the title "Voice guide:" and the role's name, after you confirm; zonask keeps no copy.

When the agent drafts, it reads that note from your second brain and drops it again. Without a second brain or a guide it writes plainly, in sentence case and short sentences, and the draft says that the role has no voice guide yet.

Set up the content creator

Under Settings, Agents, open Add content creator at the role: pick the formats it offers, the language (de-CH or en) and the length of a draft in words, between 50 and 2'000.

The content creator has no schedule: it runs only when you ask for a draft, so Run now is not offered for it.

What the agent may read

It reads only what you select for one draft: a task of yours, a proposal you approved (such as a tender) or a note of your second brain by its exact title, at most 5 inputs. It never reads your mail.

Choose Draft content on a task, on an approved tender of the tender watch, or at the content creator on the Agents page with the titles of notes. zonask keeps only which inputs you chose, encrypted, and reads them again for the draft.

Names and figures to check

The draft marks every client name, person name and figure it took from your inputs, and says where each came from.

Review draft on the approvals desk shows the whole text with these marked and the line "Check the names and figures before you approve." Approve works only after you tick Names and figures checked.

Edit lets you change the title and the text before you approve; Reject drops the draft.

After you approve

An approved draft offers Copy text, which copies it for you to paste where you publish it, Save to second brain, and Make variants, which drafts a newsletter section and a short social post from that draft only.

Drafts are kept 30 days

A draft is encrypted and kept 30 days: an approved one for 30 days after you approved it, one you did not answer until it expires; then it is deleted, and its page says "This draft has expired."

In Claude or ChatGPT

Ask, for example, Draft a case study for my agency role from the EHB tender: create_content_draft shows the format and every input it will read, and starts the draft only after your yes.

list_content_drafts shows your drafts with their whole text and the marked names and figures, with Copy text where the app shows zonask's card.

answer_approval approves a draft, with your confirmation that you checked the names and figures, edits it or rejects it.

create_voice_guide makes a voice guide from texts you paste and keeps nothing; save_to_knowledge then saves it in your second brain after your yes.
