Needs your attention
Above the setup steps, a strip Needs your attention lists your open account and sorting notices, newest first, each with Open; it shows only while you have one, and agent alerts stay on Today.
Losing a Google account (for example after you change its password) also sends one push to this browser, with its own fixed title, the moment zonask notices, not only in the next summary.
Role tiles
On Headquarters, the card Roles at a glance shows one tile per role, also for a role that only has agents.
Each tile shows the role's colour and name, a dot with a word next to it, the reason in words under the name, and one line of counts.
A role with agents also shows its month-to-date spend in Swiss francs on its tile. A role without agents has no spend line.
The counts are emails that need you, approvals waiting with the age of the oldest, overdue promises and open goals of this week; a count of zero is left out.
When every role is fine the card says "All roles are fine."
On a phone the tiles stay below the brief and Today.
How health is decided
The dot is never the only signal: the word next to it is Needs attention (red), Watch (amber) or Fine (green).
A role needs attention when a promise is overdue by more than 5 working days, an approval of the role waits longer than 7 days, or one of its agents was stopped by its budget or a pause.
A role is on watch when a promise is overdue, an approval waits longer than 2 days, an agent run failed this week, or an obligation of the role is due within 3 days and not submitted yet.
Working days are Monday to Friday, and a week starts Monday at midnight, both in Zurich time.
The reason lists every kind of problem once, the most urgent first: for example how many promises are overdue and since when, then how many approvals wait longer than 2 days.
Health is worked out each time you open the page; nothing about it is stored.
The cockpit of a role
Tapping a tile opens that role's cockpit, still in Headquarters, with its health and reason and a link to the role's inbox.
Needs you shows up to eight open emails for this role, newest first, with sender, subject, reason and time. A subject whose short retention period ended says (subject expired). Open the item from this part or choose Inbox of this role for the full role inbox; answers stay on the item's own page.
Goals lists the role's open goals of this week, month and quarter and its dated ones, with Edit goals.
Commitments lists the role's open promises and what you wait for, overdue ones first, with All commitments.
Approvals lists what waits for this role, oldest first; each opens its card in Approvals, and nothing is approved in the cockpit.
Agents shows each agent of the role with its state, its last run in words and this month's spend of its budget, and the role's total.
Next events shows the role's next 5 events of the next 14 days.
Each part is read on its own; one that cannot be read says "This part could not be read." and the others still show.
A role that is not yours shows a page that is not found.
Agent results on Runs
Runs has two tabs, Overview and Agents; they are links, so they also work without JavaScript.
Spend this month shows each role's agent spend of its budget and the total of all agents, in Swiss francs.
A role's budget is the sum of the monthly budgets of its agents.
For each agent that ran or proposed something in the last 8 weeks, a table shows per week the proposals made, approved without an edit, edited then approved, rejected and expired, and the run cost.
Below it, the total cost of the 8 weeks and the cost per approved result: the cost divided by the approved results, edited ones included, rounded up to the cent.
Without an approved result it says "No approved result yet".
Without any agent activity in the 8 weeks it says "No agent ran in the last 8 weeks."
These numbers are counted from statuses and costs only, never from what an agent wrote.
When you edit an agent's draft before you approve it, your audit log records the edit without its text, so it counts as edited then approved.
Arrange and add widgets
Next to the greeting, Arrange turns the page into a mode where every card gains buttons: Move up, Move down, Move to other column (on a wide screen) and Hide (not on the daily brief, which always stays).
The cards are Your daily brief, Today, Waiting for you, Agents in the last 24 hours, Roles at a glance, Inbox, Calendar, Tasks by role, Expenses, Goals, Commitments and Agents; a new member's page starts with the first nine, in that order, on one column on a phone.
Done saves the new order; Cancel drops every change made since Arrange was pressed; Reset to default puts the page back the way it started.
Add widget lists the cards not currently shown, each with Add, so Goals, Commitments and Agents show up the first time you ask for them; once every card is shown it says "All widgets are on your Headquarters."
In Claude or ChatGPT
get_headquarters shows every role's health with its reason and counts as tiles where the host supports it, and as a short text of at most 12 lines otherwise; its result also lists the cards you currently show, in order, with the Waiting for you card's own items when you show it.
Its result also carries the same account and triage notices as the Headquarters strip; with any, the text names the newest one and how many more.
It also reports this month's spend and cap and the recent agent runs; the linked view shows the activity only while that card is shown on Headquarters. get_role_cockpit includes the role's open Needs you mail before commitments.
get_role_cockpit shows one role's cockpit by its id or slug; approvals are answered with answer_approval, after your yes.
get_agent_stats shows the agents' results of 1 to 8 weeks for all agents, one agent or one role, with the cost per approved result and this month's spend.
All three only read; they change nothing.
Try asking Claude how your roles are doing, or what an agent costs per approved result.
Try asking Claude "What did my agents do since yesterday and what did it cost?"
arrange_headquarters shows, hides, moves or resets one card, the same as Arrange and Add widget in the browser; it asks you to confirm before it saves anything.
Try asking Claude "Put approvals at the top of my Headquarters."
