What zonask learned
After three consistent corrections for one sender, zonask asks, for example, Always put mail from … in the summary?
Answer Yes or No on Today or on the learning page; Yes adds a learned rule.
The page What zonask learned lists each rule with its role, sender, effect and how often it was used, and Undo stops a rule at once.
Standing orders
A standing order is an instruction for one role: a task for emails with a deadline, a prep block before meetings, or, for one sender, a draft reply, a prepared forward or a proposed label.
Each order has a level, Suggest, Prepare or Do, and new orders start at Suggest.
At Suggest, Today asks Yes or No; at Prepare it shows Add or Discard; at Do, zonask acts without asking.
After a row of accepted runs, an order offers to move up a level, and only Yes raises it.
Draft, forward and label orders never go above Prepare.
You can pause, resume or delete an order; the tasks and blocks it made stay.
Drafts
A draft reply or forward is saved in your Gmail Drafts and never sent, and Today shows Draft ready in Gmail with Open draft.
A forward address shows Not confirmed until you confirm it.
Drafts need Google's drafts permission; without it you see Allow drafts: reconnect.
In Claude or ChatGPT
list_rules shows open suggestions, learned rules and standing orders.
answer_suggestion, undo_rule, pause_standing_order, change_standing_order and teach_standing_order change them after your confirm.
list_runs shows what your standing orders wait on you for, and answer_run answers one of them.
prepare_drafts makes up to three waiting drafts at a time in Gmail, with the connector permission for drafts.
