Last week's goals
Above the rest, weekly tuning lists any open week goal carried over from an earlier week, each with the role it belongs to and the week it was set for. Done and Drop save its status; Move to this week moves it into this week, or says "This week already has three goals. Finish or drop one first." when this week's three are already taken. An unanswered goal is asked again next time you open this page.
Last week and this week
The first section of weekly tuning shows, for each role, last week's completed tasks, kept and slipped promises, week goals done and open, agent results, approvals waiting and a sentence comparing the week before. This week's open goals and up to three proposed priorities follow. Weeks run Monday to Sunday in Zurich.
Each priority shows Goal: and the linked goal, or No goal linked. Open in Approvals takes you to the plan for that role; Approve creates its new tasks and suggested calendar block, while Reject creates nothing. If a role has no open goal this week, Set a goal opens Goals with that role selected.
For these priorities the model reads counts, open goal titles and open or overdue task and commitment titles only. It does not receive email subjects, senders, addresses, bodies or item ids.
For every role you see the emails seen, the emails that reached you, the tasks created, how often zonask asked and your corrections, with the ask rate and the false-off rate.
What zonask noticed lists up to five observations.
In Tell zonask what to change, say in your own words what to do differently, without pasting email content.
zonask answers with a plan of at most five changes, and nothing changes until you press Apply.
Applied changes are listed under Changed in weekly sessions, each with Undo.
Backtest the last 30 days counts what your applied changes would have done, without asking a model.
Done for this week closes the session.
The tuning can also suggest pausing an agent as its own card. Pause applies only after you press it. Agent alerts appear here with Open and Clear; Clear says Alert cleared.

get_weekly_review shows one role or all roles with the counts, goals, proposed priorities and the carried-over week goals; show_tuning also includes the review, the week's plan and active agent alerts.
save_goal with a goal's id and move_to_this_week: true moves a carried-over week goal to this week, after your confirm.
tune_week answers, applies the plan, pauses a proposed agent, clears an alert, undoes a change, closes the week or runs the backtest, after your confirm. Approve a priority plan with answer_approval. Try "What should I focus on in this role this week?"
