LinkedIn drafts

An agent that drafts your LinkedIn posts for the week from what you approved, for you to copy and post yourself.

In the web app

zonask writes, you post

The LinkedIn plan is an agent for one of your roles: it drafts a few LinkedIn posts for the week, and each post waits on your approvals desk.

zonask never posts for you. Publishing to LinkedIn was postponed by the ruling ZQ-78, so zonask has no LinkedIn connection: you copy an approved post and paste it into LinkedIn yourself.

What the agent reads, and what it never reads

It drafts only from your own approved material of that role: drafts, tenders and findings you approved in the last 30 days, the tender tasks you finished in that time, and the notes of your second brain you name in the plan.

zonask never reads your LinkedIn feed, profiles or messages, and the agent never comments, likes, connects or messages anyone.

When your second brain holds a voice guide for the role, the agent writes in that voice; without one it writes plainly, in sentence case and short sentences.

Set up the plan

Under Settings, Agents, open Add LinkedIn drafts at the role and pick Posts per week (1 to 3), the language (de-CH or en), your posting days and your posting time, and up to 3 note titles of your second brain.

The posting days and time are your own setting; zonask does not look at LinkedIn to choose them.

The plan starts off. Turn on sets it to run every Monday at 07:00 (Zurich time); Run now drafts posts at once, on or off.

The posts on your desk

Each post is at most 1'300 characters with its hashtags (LinkedIn allows more), with at most 3 hashtags, and is planned for one of your posting days in the next 7 days.

The desk shows each post with its day, its first line and its length. Review post shows the whole text with every client name, person name and figure it took from your material marked; Approve works only after you tick Names and figures checked.

Edit lets you change the text before you approve, with the hashtags on the last line; Reject drops the post.

Copy text and Mark as posted

An approved post offers Copy text, which copies it and says "Copied. Paste it into LinkedIn."; where the browser blocks copying, the whole text shows selected for you to copy.

Mark as posted records only the date you marked it; zonask does not check LinkedIn.

At the plan, This week's plan lists each post with its day, whether it waits, is approved or was posted, and its first line; on a post's day, Today shows "LinkedIn post ready to copy".

Posts are kept 30 days

A post is encrypted and kept 30 days: an approved one for 30 days after you approved it, one you did not answer until it expires; then it is deleted and its page says "This post has expired."

In Claude or ChatGPT

Ask, for example, Give me this week's LinkedIn post for my agency role: get_linkedin_plan shows the week's posts with their whole text and Copy text where the app shows zonask's card.

create_linkedin_draft asks for one post from one task, approved proposal or note you name, and starts it only after your yes.

answer_approval approves a post, with your confirmation that you checked the names and figures, edits or rejects it; mark_linkedin_posted records the date you posted it. There is no tool that posts.
