Assistant and calendar blocks
Ask zonask on Today, confirm its plan, and block time in your calendar.

In the web app
On Today, type into Ask or tell zonask… and press Send.
Where the browser offers it (Chrome, Edge or Safari), Speak sits beside Send: your words appear in the box as you speak, cut at 1,000 characters, and Stop ends it, as does 60 seconds or sending the question.
Speech is turned into text by your browser, not by zonask; zonask never records, uploads or keeps audio, the same as Tell your brain.
The assistant reads your zonask data for the day and answers, or proposes a plan of one to five actions: create a task, finish or snooze a task, or block time; or it proposes one obligation, such as receipts you send every quarter, alone in its plan.
A plan holds at most one calendar block, on one day and at most eight hours long.
Nothing changes until you press Confirm, and Cancel changes nothing.
A block goes into one of your Google calendars as one busy event with no guests, so nobody is notified.
Before you confirm, the plan card names the calendar, Into: … calendar, and the calendars that get a private Busy copy, Busy copy to: ….
The calendar starts as the role's own calendar, else the one you chose last for that role; choose another of your calendars set to My calendar in the list under it.
A calendar set to Show only or Not used never gets a block; see Inbox and calendar.
Undo on a confirmed block removes that block and nothing else.
If Google adds a block late, after you saw "Nothing was changed." or pressed Undo, the next sync removes it once it is 15 minutes old.
Blocks you confirmed and your own events are never removed.
Ask for an email, such as "write an email to … about …", and the assistant shows a draft card with From, To, Subject and the first lines.
From offers only your accounts that can write drafts, with one suggested; choose the account that sends it before you press Create draft.
Create draft saves the draft in that account's Gmail and never sends it, and Open in Gmail opens it there.
An account without Google's drafts permission shows Allow drafts: reconnect and is not offered.
The assistant never sends email, and the conversation stays only in your browser.
Write Make a voice guide for and one of your roles to make the voice guide the content creator writes in: paste 3 to 5 of your texts, check the guide and save it in your second brain; see Content creator.
In Claude or ChatGPT
There, the chat's own model is the assistant: propose_plan shows the plan card with up to five tasks and one block, and creates nothing.
Press Confirm on the card, or say yes in the chat; then create_task and confirm_plan make the changes.
When more than one of your calendars set to My calendar could take the block, Claude or ChatGPT asks you which one and adds nothing until you answer.
A block needs the connector permission "Add or remove time blocks in your own calendar".
undo_block removes one block that confirm_plan added, and nothing else.
A block Google adds late, after a plan that changed nothing or after undo_block, is removed by the next sync, as in the web app.
For an email, draft_email shows the same From choice on the change card; the MCP page has the details.
