In the web app

On the zonask home page, press Sign in.

Choose Continue with Google, or enter your email and press Continue with email to get a sign-in link; there is no password.

The link opens a page with Continue; you are signed in only when you press it, and the link also works on another device.

After signing in you land on Headquarters, with Today on it.

The navigation has four areas: Headquarters, Brain, Runs and Setup; see Finding your way.

Connect Google

You can also connect Productive from Setup and map its projects to your roles.

Until an account is connected, Today offers Connect Google accounts, which opens the accounts page; later you find it in Setup, Accounts.

There, press Add a Google account and allow access on Google's consent screen.

zonask asks to read Gmail, to use Calendar and Tasks, to manage Gmail drafts and to send email for you.

Reading Gmail, Calendar and Tasks is required; you can untick drafts and sending and still connect, but that account then makes no drafts and sends no summary.

Give each connected account one of your roles in its role picker; it saves at once.

Set up roles

A role is a company, a project or another part of your life, with a name, a colour and a setting for each kind of email.

Add your first role on the Roles page, under Setup; without one, the account picker says Create a role first.

In Claude or ChatGPT

Signing in and connecting accounts happen only in the browser.

Then add the connector as described in zonask in Claude and ChatGPT and ask, for example, "What's on today in zonask?".

list_accounts and list_roles show your connected accounts and your roles.
